When visiting Seattle this summer it’s great to stroll through our wonderful city parks. All are beautiful and lovely at this time of year and within a quick stroll or drive from many of our Seattle Bed and Breakfasts.
Here are a few not to miss…Rose Garden – next to the Woodland Park Zoo, Green Lake Park, Seattle Arboretum Japanese Garden , Alki Beach with awesome views of downtown Seattle, Golden Gardens Park, Carkeek Park, Discovery Park, Gas Works Park with amazing views of the Lake Union – watch the float planes take off and land right in front of you and grab a picnic lunch and a blanket and enjoy watching the boats go by at the Ballard Locks. Seahurst Park along the shores of Southern Puget Sound where you can enjoy sunny afternoons and incredible sunsets, all with great summer activities for all ages.
