Greenlake Guest House is a 1920 Craftsman-style bed and breakfast in Seattle, Washington.
We are well located; right across the street from popular Green Lake Park and just 5 miles north of downtown. Enjoy views of the lake and park from our sunny dining room and common areas, as well as from the front guest rooms. We have 5 modern guest rooms with private baths (3 with jetted tubs), TV/DVD, wireless Internet, comfortable chairs for relaxing, and cozy gas fireplaces. The house is fully air conditioned and has comfortable spaces indoors and out for relaxing.

Greenlake Park is a favorite gathering place in Seattle. The park offers 3 miles of walking/ biking trails around the lake’s perimeter, as well as swimming, boat rentals, a playground, and tennis courts. Green Lake is located just 2 miles west of the University of Washington, and east of Ballard and the Woodland Park Zoo. Downtown Seattle is a 10-15 minute drive and is also easily accessible by the light rail or E-Line Rapid Ride bus.
