Capitol Hill
This neighborhood just east of downtown exemplifies the city's diversity. The main drag "Broadway" entertains day and night. See everyone from students to seniors strolling and shopping at a variety of neighborhood shops, galleries, cafes, and restaurants. Home to Volunteer Park, a 44-acre respite featuring the Seattle Asian Art Museum, a beautiful Victorian conservatory, the water tower with a great view, and Lakeview Cemetery, where many famous people, including Bruce Lee, are interred. Close to Japanese Gardens, Arboretum, and all points of interest.

Fremont/Phinney
Fremont is the self-proclaimed "Center of the Universe." Funky and fun with plenty of restaurants and shopping, it is located ten minutes from downtown. Greenlake
This neighborhood is in north central Seattle. Its centerpiece is the lake, surrounded by Greenlake Park, which is a beloved favorite of all Seattle.
