Seattle Music Festival benefits Teen Feed Program-June 10-13

Enjoy some terrific local bands this week at the Noise for the Needy Festival. Seattle still has one of the coolest music scenes in the country and not only will you have a chance to hear bands like Visqueen, Thunderheist and The Maldives, but you’ll be doing good too. Noise for the Needy is a non-profit that raises money for charitable causes and this weekend the proceeds benefit Teen Feed. Teen Feed provides hot, nutritious meals for homeless youth, feeding up to 70 guests a night. Bands will be playing at over a dozen venues all over the city like Neumos on Capitol Hill, the Tractor Travern in Ballard, and the Hard Rock Cafe, downtown; are all located near inns in the Seattle Bed and Breakfast Association, many within walking distance, so you can have a beer, or two, while listening to The Portland Cello Project, and then walk “home”. Buy a bracelet and get access to all shows on Thursday and Saturday nights. Check out Festival Updates, Get Tickets and Artist Information at www.noisefortheneedy.org
